Healthcare Recruiting · Brand Strategy · Web Design
PPDG had the experience to support healthcare professionals and organizations seeking workforce solutions. Its brand, website, and business materials did not communicate that value through one consistent experience.
I studied the business, its audiences, and the role trust played in their decisions. Then I created a connected brand system that made PPDG clearer, more credible, and easier to engage.
Project overview
PPDG serves two primary audiences.
Healthcare professionals need to find relevant opportunities, understand the company, and feel confident taking the next step.
Organizations seeking staffing support need to see experience, reliability, and a clear understanding of workforce needs.
These audiences have different priorities. The challenge was serving both while presenting one recognizable company.
My role was to find the connection between PPDG's audiences, services, and business goals. That understanding guided the message, identity, website, and supporting materials.

The business challenge
PPDG had an established history and broad healthcare staffing capabilities. Its presentation did not reflect that strength consistently.
The identity, website, and marketing materials felt disconnected. Visitors had to work too hard to understand what PPDG offered, whom it served, and what they should do next.
Changing one item would not solve the larger problem.
A new website alone
would improve the appearance but repeat the same unclear message.
A new identity alone
would create recognition but fail to improve the customer journey.
New marketing materials alone
would add more inconsistency without shared standards.
PPDG needed one foundation connecting every major touchpoint.
What I learned
Before designing, I examined the questions shaping each audience's decisions.
Q01
What does PPDG provide?
Q02
Does the company serve someone like me?
Q03
Why should I trust it?
Q04
Where can I find the information relevant to me?
Q05
How do I apply, inquire, or make contact?
Q06
What makes PPDG different from another staffing company?
The project needed to answer those questions without dividing the company into separate identities. That led to one central decision:
Create a shared brand story, then organize the website around the needs of each audience.
The strategy
01
PPDG needed a clear explanation of what it provides, whom it serves, and why each audience should trust the company.
02
Healthcare professionals and organizations seeking staffing support needed direct paths to relevant information and actions.
03
The identity, website, business materials, and brand standards needed to reinforce the same company story.
STEP 1
Research informed the positioning.
STEP 2
Positioning clarified the message.
STEP 3
The message shaped the website structure.
STEP 4
The identity connected the experience visually.
STEP 5
The guidelines helped PPDG carry the system forward.
Visual identity
PPDG needed to feel established, credible, and accessible. I created a visual direction that could work across healthcare, recruiting, and business settings without depending on generic healthcare imagery.
The logo system, typography, colors, imagery, and layouts shared one purpose: make information clear and present PPDG consistently.
The identity was not treated as a separate design exercise. It became the visual language connecting the website and business materials.

A shared visual system helped PPDG present the same level of credibility across digital and printed materials.
Website experience
The website needed to help each visitor recognize where they belonged and what to do next.
I organized the content around the questions visitors needed answered before applying, inquiring, or exploring PPDG's capabilities. The page structure separated audience journeys while keeping the company's message and identity consistent.
The navigation, content hierarchy, calls to action, forms, and responsive layouts worked together to reduce uncertainty.
Clear audience paths helped healthcare professionals and staffing partners reach relevant information without searching through unrelated content.
Business materials
PPDG also communicates through business development materials, presentations, and direct correspondence. I extended the same message hierarchy and visual standards into selected collateral.
The goal was not to create more individual pieces. The goal was to make every interaction feel connected to the same company.
Whether someone encountered PPDG through its website, capabilities statement, brochure, or correspondence, the experience reinforced the same identity and level of credibility.
Capabilities statement
A single-page reference designed for government and enterprise workflows.
Marketing brochure
A full-spread brochure that walks partners through mission, services, and capabilities.
Stationery system
Letterhead, envelope, and business card as one templated set.
Employee credentials
Branded ID cards and lanyards for placed clinicians in the field.
The collateral system gave PPDG a consistent way to present its capabilities across sales, recruiting, and business settings.
Brand standards
A brand system must continue working after the initial launch.
I documented the core identity, typography, colors, imagery, layout rules, and common applications.
These standards gave PPDG a reference for reviewing future materials and maintaining the clarity established through the project.
The outcome
The project gave PPDG more than a new appearance. It created a clearer way to present the business across its website, business materials, and everyday communications.
Healthcare professionals received a more direct path to opportunities and next steps. Organizations seeking staffing support could better understand PPDG's capabilities and credibility.
The visual identity connected those experiences. The brand standards gave PPDG a practical system for creating future materials.
The result was one business presented through one consistent experience.
